TW INNOVATIONS, LLC Strikes International Licensing Deal
TW Innovations Specializes in Pediatric Oral Health Products
HOPKINTON, Mass., October 11, 2007--(HSMN NewsFeed)--TW Innovations, LLC, a research and development firm that specializes in therapeutic pediatric oral heath products, today announced that it has finalized an agreement to license certain of its patented therapeutic orthodontic components to Jackel International Ltd, of Cramlington, England, for global distribution.
The three-year licensing and distribution deal marked a first step for TW Innovations to introduce its cutting-edge technology to global markets. The firm, founded earlier this year by Dr. David Tesini, a renowned pediatric dentist, and Joshua Wiesman, a biomedical engineer, plans to expand its product portfolio and the global reach of its inventive solutions for pediatric oral health challenges.
"We see this partnership as an important part of our long-term strategy to connect advanced technology with the baby and child healthcare market, and to provide a long-term growth platform for our business," said Joshua Wiesman, President and CEO of TW Innovations.
Jackel International Ltd., a Company in the Baby and Child division of Mayborn Group Limited, is the leading English manufacturer of branded baby and child products sold throughout Europe and Asia. Under the deal, Jackel will handle manufacturing and distribution of the consumer end-products, while TW Innovations will continue to focus on design and development of a variety of product components.
