BRISBANE, Calif., May 11 (HSMN NewsFeed) -- Cutera, Inc.® (Nasdaq: CUTR ), a leading provider of laser and other light-based aesthetic systems for practitioners worldwide, today announced that the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts moved the trial date in Cutera's patent infringement action with Palomar Medical Technologies, Inc. from May 30, 2006 to June 19, 2006.
