Triage Promotes Brad Culbert to Chief Technical Officer
IRVINE, Calif.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--June 14, 2006--Triage Medical Inc. today announced the promotion of Brad Culbert to the newly created position of Chief Technical Officer, Vice President Research, Development and Engineering. Culbert most recently served as Vice President Research and Development.Commenting on this promotion, Michael Henson, Founder and Chairman, said, "Brad's background in the interventional therapeutic fields has helped provide the foundation to lead Triage's transition from an innovative trauma company into the only truly percutaneous access spine company, integrating Triage's patented CLASP Technology with the Teleport Percutaneous Access Technology."
In addition, under the leadership of Culbert, the clinical and regulatory efforts of Triage have resulted in regulatory approvals for eight product lines.
The company currently has 12 issued U.S. patents and 22 patents pending. Culbert has been instrumental in building this solid intellectual property foundation.
Culbert received his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering from University of British Columbia and a Master's degree in Business Administration from California State University.
