U-Systems Appoints Ultrasound Industry Veteran, Bob Dockendorff, as Vice President of Sales

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--June 15, 2006--U-Systems, Inc. the industry leader in ultrasound systems devoted to women's health and breast imaging, announced today that Bob Dockendorff has joined the Company as Vice President of Sales.

During the past 25 years, Bob Dockendorff has served in a variety of sales and sales executive positions, most recently with CIVCO Medical, a venture-backed manufacturer of radiotherapy systems. Prior to that, Bob spent the majority of his healthcare career in various sales and sales executive positions at ATL Ultrasound and Philips Medical. His last position at Philips was Vice President with responsibility for the sales, marketing and service functions for Philips Medical Systems' Ultrasound Business.

"Bob Dockendorff is a highly successful senior sales executive with a proven ability to lead change and to transform sales organizations," stated Joseph Pepper, President and CEO of U-Systems. "I believe his experience in sales from venture-backed to large corporations will contribute immediately to U-Systems' recognition and growth in this critical area of Women's Health. He brings the desire and the ability to serve our patient population with new and more effective ultrasound imaging technologies."

Mr. Dockendorff earned a BS from Boston University and MA from Pepperdine University.
