First Horizon Pharmaceutical Corporation Stockholders Approve Name Change to Sciele Pharma, Inc.

ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--June 15, 2006--Stockholders of First Horizon Pharmaceutical Corporation (NASDAQ:FHRX ), voting today at the Company's 2006 Annual Meeting, approved the Company's name change to Sciele Pharma, Inc. The Company's stock will begin trading on The NASDAQ Stock Market under the new symbol "SCRX," effective June 19, 2006.

"As we have grown and evolved into a more fully integrated pharmaceutical company, we felt this was an appropriate time to improve the Company's branding to better reflect our organization," said Patrick Fourteau, First Horizon's Chief Executive Officer and President.
