Neurobiological Technologies Announces Departure of Jonathan Wolter as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Will Remain as a Consultant to NTIEMERYVILLE, Calif., June 15 (HSMN NewsFeed) -- Neurobiological Technologies, Inc. (NTI®) (Nasdaq: NTII ) today announced that Jonathan R. Wolter is leaving the Company as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in order to pursue other professional opportunities. Mr. Wolter will continue as a consultant to the Company for the next year in order to assist the Company with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and other financial reporting matters.
