AAIPharma Announces Executive Appointment
WILMINGTON, N.C.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--July 17, 2006--AAIPharma Inc. announced today the appointment of Mr. Martin Tyson to the position of Senior Vice President, Information Systems and Technology. Mr. Tyson will be responsible for all aspects of the Company's information systems worldwide.Mr. Tyson brings to AAIPharma over thirty years of pharmaceutical experience designing and managing information technology systems. His experience includes IT systems integration, business process and system reengineering, strategic planning, and the development and deployment of validated systems meeting regulatory requirements worldwide. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tyson held positions of increasing responsibility at Glaxo Wellcome plc (now GlaxoSmithKline). Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Quintiles Transnational Corp.
