Endocare Announces Organizational Changes, William J. Nydam Resigns as President & COO
IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 25 (HSMN NewsFeed) -- Endocare, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ENDO ), an innovative medical device company focused on the development of minimally invasive technologies for tissue and tumor ablation, announced today that William J. Nydam has resigned to pursue other opportunities. Additionally, the Company announced that effective immediately Craig T. Davenport, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has assumed the additional title of President and the role of Chief Operating Officer has been eliminated.Mr. Davenport stated, "The Board and I want to thank Bill Nydam for his valuable contributions to Endocare over the past three years. He participated in the restatements of the Company's financial statements, settling several legal matters and managed our continuing efforts to reduce cost and expenses in manufacturing and other areas. Bill has certainly earned a well-deserved respite from the challenges he helped Endocare resolve over the past several years. We wish him the best both personally and professionally in the years to come."
