Radi Medical Systems AB Announced Today the Sale of Its 1200th RadiAnalyzer Used in Measuring Fractional Flow ReserveUPPSALA, Sweden--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Radi Medical Systems AB, (Radi), a developer and manufacturer of innovative devices in interventional cardiology, announced today that the 1200th unit of the Radi Analyzer®Xpress was sold to St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, Florida.
RadiAnalyzer® Xpress is part of a complete system used for physiological lesion assessment using fractional flow reserve(FFR) which is used to determine the functional degree and location of stenosis when angiographic assessment is inconclusive for determining which lesion is causing a patients ischemia in multi-vessel disease cases. RadiAnalyzerXpress is the latest generation of FFR measurement technology offered by Radi. The system has been clinically proven(1,2) to be a cost effective solution.
