VIASYS Healthcare Introduces Advanced Remote Support Services for SomnoStar(R) Pro Sleep Diagnostics System
CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--VIASYS Healthcare Inc. (NYSE:VAS ) announced today that its SomnoStar® Pro sleep diagnostics system is now equipped with the VIASYS VCare(TM) Connect remote support tool, allowing VIASYS clinical experts to provide real-time guidance and technical support to end-users.In addition, through monitoring of diagnostic files, alarms, and other key performance indicators, the SomnoStar Pro is programmed to provide a continuous snapshot of the operation of its system to VIASYS technical support teams. VIASYS technical support can also assume control of the system from a remote location to manage and manipulate the system's functionality and operability.
