XTENT, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

MENLO PARK, Calif., Feb. 1 (HSMN NewsFeed) -- XTENT, Inc. (Nasdaq: XTNT ) today announced the initial public offering of 4,700,000 shares of common stock at a price of $16.00 per share. XTENT has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 705,000 shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The common stock will trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "XTNT".

Piper Jaffray & Co. is the bookrunning manager for the offering. Cowen and Company, LLC, Lazard Capital Markets LLC and RBC Capital Markets Corporation are co-managers.
