Accuray Incorporated Announces Pricing of Initial Public OfferingSUNNYVALE, Calif., Feb. 8 (HSMN NewsFeed) -- Accuray Incorporated (Nasdaq: ARAY ) today announced the initial public offering of 16,000,000 shares of common stock, of which 10,000,000 are being sold by the Company and 6,000,000 are being sold by certain stockholders of the Company, at $18.00 per share. Accuray and the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 399,998 and 2,000,000 shares, respectively, at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The common stock will trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol ARAY.
J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering, with Piper Jaffray & Co. as lead manager and Jefferies & Company, Inc. as co-manager for the offering.
