Tornier Announces the Acquisition of DVO Extremity Solutions
Company Also Confirms Closing of Previously Announced Acquisition of Nexa Orthopedics.EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Tornier announced today that it has agreed to acquire DVO Extremity Solutions ("DVO"), a privately held company based in Warsaw, Indiana. Tornier, a global orthopedic company and a leader in the markets for shoulder joint replacement and extremity surgical products, also confirmed the closing of the previously announced acquisition of Nexa Orthopedics that was pending regulatory clearances.
