Spacelabs Healthcare Announces Launch of Two Diagnostic Cardiology Products
HAWTHORNE, CA--(Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network)--Mar 23, 2007 -- Spacelabs Healthcare, Inc. (LSE:SLAB.L ), an international medical equipment company listed on the London AIM market, announced today that its Healthcare Division, Spacelabs Healthcare, will launch the evo Digital Holter Recorder and Voyager 12-Lead Electrocardiogram ("ECG") system at the American College of Cardiology's (ACC) 56th Annual Scientific Session to be held in New Orleans, March 24-27, 2007.The evo Digital Holter recorder is an advancement in digital Holter monitoring. The recorder features a unique Dynamic Energy Source™ technology that ensures that the evo is ready for use on the next patient, immediately following data download. It also eliminates the need for disposable batteries. Small and lightweight, evo can be concealed easily under patient clothing and offers 48 hours of recording time with pacer detection capability as well as an on-board display to check signal quality.
The Voyager 12Ci high-end ECG system supports optimal workflow in high volume ECG environments. It incorporates high quality 12-lead technology, intuitive design, and advanced large color touch screen that displays patients' 12-lead ECG in real-time. The system can acquire, interpret and store up to 120 ECG records at any one time while also being able to print and send diagnostic ECG reports to Spacelabs' recently launched Sentinel Cardiology Management System.
