Global Therapeutics Names Sean Howard Interventional Sales and Marketing Manager
Long-Time Cook Medical Employee Will Also Head National AccountsBROOMFIELD, Colo.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Sean Howard, a ten-year veteran of Cook Medical who started with the company in its original cardiology division, has accepted the position of interventional sales and marketing manager for Global Therapeutics, company officials announced today.
"It's an especially exciting time for Cook Medical to be getting back into the cardiology business, and I'm looking forward to helping grow our share of this business," said Howard. The 40-year-old Howard earned medical and surgical technician certificates from the Baylor School or Medicine in 1992.
In his new position, Howard will supervise the company's growing sales staff and will act as the cardiology business representative on Cook's national accounts team.
He served as district sales manager for Cook's cardiology division upon joining the company in 1997, then moved to a sales management position within its peripheral intervention division. He is married and lives with his wife and three children in Littleton, Colo.
Global Therapeutics is the Cook Medical company responsible for cardiology product research and development.
