Natus Medical Signs Three-Year Supplier Contracts with Premier, Inc.

SAN CARLOS, Calif.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Natus Medical Incorporated (Nasdaq:BABY ) today announced that it was awarded three-year, multi-source purchasing agreements by Premier Purchasing Partners, LP, a division of Premier Inc. Under the terms of the agreements Natus and its Bio-logic division are designated as contracted suppliers for approximately 1,500 hospitals and more than 45,000 other healthcare sites served by Premier.

Natus was awarded the contracts after a comprehensive three-stage evaluation by Premier of both Natus' products and those of its competitors, and after final approval by Premier's Clinical Evaluation Committees. The contracts become effective on May 1, 2007 and cover the Company's newborn hearing screening product lines, as well as the Bio-logic diagnostic hearing and neurology product lines.
