Intraosseous Device Company Vidacare(R) Appoints New CFO

Veteran Finance Executive Norma Soleno-DeVaney Brings 27 Years of Experience

SAN ANTONIO--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Vidacare, the leading developer, manufacturer, and marketer of advanced intraosseous access technology for multiple diagnostic, monitoring and therapeutic applications, today announced the appointment of Norma Soleno-DeVaney as the company's chief financial officer.

Ms. Soleno-DeVaney brings to Vidacare's executive team 27 years of experience as a senior executive, most recently as CFO of DocuSource LLC, a large document management systems integrator. Prior to that, she held CFO positions with Trestle Corporation, a medical device and clinical informatics firm; IMRI, an IT staffing and e-commerce consulting company; and partner at KGS Consulting, a cash and float management firm providing services to EDS, Kaiser Permanente and Sharp Healthcare among others. Ms. Soleno-DeVaney is also a partner with Tatum LLC, a national executive services firm. She spent 15 years in public accounting as a partner with Squar and Clarke, a regional CPA firm in Southern California, and earlier with Deloitte and Touche. Ms. Soleno-DeVaney holds a BS in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
