Urigen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., formerly Valentis, Inc. Announces Name Change and New Stock Symbol
Urigen Pharmaceuticals OTC Bulletin Board Symbol to be URGPBURLINGAME, Calif.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Urigen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the development of treatments for urological disorders, announced today the next step in its successful merger with Valentis, Inc. The name of the Company will change to Urigen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol URGP, effective at the beginning of trading today.

All shares previously registered and traded under the Company's former symbol of OTCBB: VLTS will be traded under the new ticker symbol OTCBB: URGP. The name and ticker symbol change is a result of the previously announced reverse merger with Valentis, Inc. that was completed on July 13, 2007.
