Hitachi's Echelon 1.5T Installed Base Exceeds 99% Uptime Target for First 9 Months of OperationTWINSBURG, Ohio--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Users of hi-tech equipment often must balance cutting edge technology advantages against reliability. Hitachi's uptime guarantee feature differs from similar offerings in the marketplace through a policy of a quarterly calculation on a working hours basis, and its award of free service months if the 99% uptime level is not met during the quarter.
