Aloka Ultrasound and RFA Medical Combine Efforts to Bring State-of-the-Art Technology to the Operating Room
WALLINGFORD, Conn.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Aloka Ultrasound (Wallingford, CT) and RFA Medical (Fremont, CA) have agreed to combine efforts in promoting their respective medical devices used for ablative procedures. Aloka's ultrasound technology is the imaging modality used to guide the placement of RFA Medical's HS-RFA(TM) bi-polar radio frequency ablation device during ablative procedures.Aloka and RFA Medical expect the alliance to increase and broaden awareness among surgeons of the important benefits provided by each company's complementary products. Each company will retain direct control of the sales process for their individual devices.
