AngioDynamics Announces Ruling in VNUS Litigation
QUEENSBURY, N.Y.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--AngioDynamics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ANGO ) today announced the denial of cross-motions for summary judgment issued in the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of California in the patent litigation brought by VNUS Medical Technologies against Diomed, AngioDynamics and Vascular Solutions.As a result of the Judge's rulings, the case will now proceed to a jury trial, which is currently scheduled to commence on October 29, 2007.
