Karen Zaderej Named Chief Operating Officer of AxoGen, Incorporated

ALACHUA, Fla.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--AxoGen, Inc. announced today the promotion of Karen Zaderej to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer. The promotion speaks to the growth of AxoGen since the launch of its peripheral nerve repair graft, AVANCETM Nerve Graft, as well as Ms. Zaderejís integral role in the successful operations of the company. Ms. Zaderej was formerly the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for AxoGen.

Prior to AxoGen, Karen Zaderej had over 19 years of experience in the medical device market. At Johnson & Johnson, she held senior positions in Marketing, Business Development, and R&D as well as ran a manufacturing business. After leaving J&J, she started Zaderej Medical Consulting to assist medical device companies build and execute winning commercialization plans. She has a MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
