BioForm Announces Pricing of Initial Public OfferingSAN MATEO, Calif., Nov. 7 (HSMN NewsFeed) -- BioForm Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: BFRM ) today announced the initial public offering of 10,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $8.00 per share. BioForm has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The common stock will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "BFRM."
