Transition Therapeutics Announces Appointment of Vice-President of Business DevelopmentTORONTO, Dec. 28 (HSMN NewsFeed) - Transition Therapeutics Inc. ("Transition" or the "Company") (TSX: TTH ; NASDAQ: TTHI ), is pleased to announce that Mr. Carl Damiani has been appointed Vice President of Business Development. Since joining Transition in 2003, Mr. Damiani has been a key member of the Company's management team and as Director of Business Development has been responsible for a broad range of activities, including licensing and intellectual property strategies. As Vice President, Mr. Damiani will continue to be responsible for licensing of the Company's products, intellectual property matters and serve as an officer of the Company.
