Facet Solutions, Inc. Appoints Industry Veteran to Board of Directors

LOGAN, Utah, May 2 (HSMN NewsFeed) -- Facet Solutions, Inc., a privately held company focused on commercializing motion preservation spinal implants, today announced the addition of industry veteran Mr. Mike McCarthy to serve on its Board of Directors.

"Mr. McCarthy has exhibited a track record of success, most recently as President and CEO of Endius which was sold to Zimmer in 2007. Throughout his 29 year orthopedic and spine industry career he has held many executive level positions, including Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Implex through its acquisition by Zimmer and several executive positions with Johnson & Johnson."
