Angiotech announces market launch of Quill(TM) SRS MONODERM(TM)VANCOUVER, June 13 (HSMN NewsFeed) - Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANPI, TSX: ANP), a global specialty pharmaceutical and medical device company, today announced the market launch of Quill(TM) SRS MONODERM(TM). The product will be available immediately for distribution and sale in the U.S. and Europe.
Quill(TM) SRS MONODERM(TM), which is made from a rapidly resorbing polymer, is intended primarily for superficial wound closure applications and indicated for soft tissue approximation where use of an absorbable suture is appropriate.
