Surgical robotics company Prosurgics hires President and establishes US organization
CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA, USA Aug. 21 (HSMN NewsFeed) - Surgical robotics company Prosurgics has appointed Bill Perry as President of its California based US organization, Prosurgics, Inc.Prior to joining Prosurgics Bill was Senior Vice President of Business Development, Marketing and Sales at Nanomix, Inc., a medical device company with a diagnostic and monitoring focus. Before that he held the position of Vice President, Worldwide Marketing and International Sales at VNUS Medical Technologies, Inc., a minimally invasive vascular surgery company that went public in October 2004.
In all, Bill brings more than 19 years experience in sales, marketing and business development for venture capital-backed growth companies, almost all of it within the medical devices sector.
Bill is delighted to be joining Prosurgics at this pivotal stage in the company's development: "Prosurgics is producing advances which will move robotic assisted surgery into every operating room and I am very pleased to be at the forefront of this tremendous opportunity."
