MAQUET Cardiovascular Responds to Terumo Complaint About VASOVIEW Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting Systems
SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 2 (HSMN NewsFeed) -- Maquet Cardiovascular LLC announced today that it was served with a complaint filed by Terumo Cardiovascular Systems Corp. (Terumo CSC) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The complaint alleges that MAQUET's VASOVIEW Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting Systems infringe a certain U.S. patent.MAQUET will continue to protect and enforce its intellectual property rights, and will aggressively defend the law suit filed by Terumo.
