Globus Medical Strengthens Executive Team with Appointment of CFO
AUDUBON, Pa., Dec. 16 -- (Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network) -- Globus Medical, Inc., the largest privately held spinal implant manufacturer in the world, today announced the appointment of Wendy DiCicco, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. DiCicco brings extensive experience in financial management of a publicly traded medical device manufacturer to the executive team at Globus. For the past ten years she was the CFO for Kensey Nash Corporation (Nasdaq: KNSY ), a leading medical technology company providing innovative product development and advanced technology for a wide range of medical procedures.Ms. DiCicco was at Kensey Nash Corporation for a total of twelve years. She joined the company in April 1996 as their corporate controller and became CFO in August 1998. As a key member of their executive strategic team, she led the company through various stages of growth. Previously, Ms. DiCicco was an Accounting and Audit Manager for the public accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche, LLP. She earned her Bachelor's in Accounting from the Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science.
