Acclarent, Inc. Closes $26 Million FinancingMENLO PARK, Calif., Jan. 12 -- (Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network) -- Acclarent, Inc., a leading medical technology company dedicated to designing, developing and commercializing devices that address conditions affecting the ear, nose and throat, announced today the closing of a $26 million dollar financing round. Acclarent intends to use the proceeds to continue commercialization of its Balloon Sinuplasty(TM) Technology, as well as on-going investment in product development and clinical studies.
Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation (JJDC) joined existing prominent investors New Enterprise Associates, Inc., Delphi Ventures, Versant Ventures, and Meritech Capital Partners in this financing.
