Kensey Nash Announces Director ResignationEXTON, Pa., Feb. 4 (Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network) -- Kensey Nash Corporation (Nasdaq: KNSY ), a leading medical technology company that provides innovative solutions and technologies for a wide range of medical procedures, today announced the resignation of Mr. Jeffrey C. Smith, Partner and Portfolio Manager of Ramius LLC, from its Board of Directors.
