PLAINSBORO, N.J., Dec. 21, 2009 (HSMN NewsFeed) -- Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq:IART ) announced today that it has signed a new three-year contract for Jarit(R) surgical and laparoscopic instruments with Premier Purchasing Partners, LP, the group purchasing unit of one of the largest healthcare alliances in the United States.

Integra maintains one of the industry's most comprehensive surgical instruments inventory to ensure complete and timely delivery.
