Response Genetics Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

LOS ANGELES--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Response Genetics, Inc. (Nasdaq:RGDX ), a company focused on the development and sale of molecular diagnostic tests for cancer, announced today that Thomas Stankovich has resigned from his position as chief financial officer of the Company to pursue other interests, effective April 2, 2010. Mr. Stankovich will complete the filing of the Company’s 2009 Annual Report on Form 10-K and has agreed to be available beyond his resignation date to assist in the transition of his role. The Company has commenced a search for a new chief financial officer. In the interim, Eric Alcorn, vice president of Finance and Administration, will assume Mr. Stankovich’s responsibilities. Mr. Alcorn has been with the company since its inception.
