Ambrilia Biopharma Announces Changes to Its Board of DirectorsMONTREAL, QUEBEC--(HSMN NewsFeed) - Ambrilia Biopharma Inc. (TSX:AMB ) announced today that Mr. Luc Tanguay and Dr. Jean-Paul St. Pierre have resigned as members of its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Frederic Porte, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ambrilia stated "On behalf of the Board, I wish to thank Luc and Jean-Paul for their significant contributions to Ambrilia since they joined the Board in 2006 and 2007, respectively."
