Toshiba Promotes Catherine Wolfe to Senior Director of Corporate and Strategic Communications

Wolfe to Oversee All Communication, Research and Marketing Activities

TUSTIN, Calif.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc., announced today that Catherine Wolfe has been promoted to senior director, Corporate and Strategic Communications, leading the new Corporate and Strategic Communications team. In her new role, Wolfe will guide the team in researching and analyzing industry trends, defining messaging, providing essential communications in relation to marketing programs and managing all external and internal communications.

“In Cathy’s more-than-20-year tenure at Toshiba, she has participated in the introduction of new, innovative technologies, including the Aquilion® ONE dynamic volume CT system, as well as helped enhance the company’s reputation as an innovator in the medical imaging industry,” said Doug Ryan, vice president, Marketing and Strategic Development, Toshiba. “In her new role, Cathy’s marketing expertise will provide the team with strong leadership to further augment the Toshiba brand and maintain superior customer satisfaction.”

Wolfe joined Toshiba in 1989 as a public relations manager and has held successive marketing positions, the most recent being director, Marketing Services. She has been published in a variety of publications, including MX magazine, Marketing Management, Public Relations Tactics and the Public Relations Journal. She has also presented at a variety of conferences on marketing and customer satisfaction topics.
