DFine Appoints Jim Mazzarella to the Position of Vice President of SalesSAN JOSE, Calif.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--DFine, Inc., a developer of minimally invasive solutions for treating vertebral pathologies, announced today the appointment of James M. (Jim) Mazzarella to the position of Vice President of Sales. Jim brings to DFine over 25 years of high level sales and marketing experience in the medical device industry. He began his career at Johnson & Johnson, where he assumed increasingly greater levels of responsibility in sales management and marketing during his 20 years with the company, eventually directing the launch of the now market-leading STERRAD® low temperature sterilization system at Advanced Sterilization Products, a division of Ethicon. Jim also held senior leadership roles at Medpool.com and TSO3, Inc.

Prior to DFine, Jim worked for several start-up companies in market development and sales leadership roles. His areas of expertise, particularly as it pertains to start up companies include building sales organizations, new product launches, pricing strategy, corporate account contracting, and key account management. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Moravian College and has attended professional development programs at the Wharton Business School and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
