(Nasdaq:SLTM ) today announced that Clint Carnell is resigning as Chief Operating Officer to become Chief Executive Officer at MyoScience, Inc., a privately-held clinical stage company developing products for aesthetic medicine. Solta's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Stephen J. Fanning, is assuming Mr. Carnell's responsibilities and the company does not intend to name a replacement for Mr. Carnell at this time.
