Ortho Development Corporation Announces Launch of Vusion(R) OS
Salt Lake City, UT- October 28, 2011 - (Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network) - Ortho Development® Corporation is excited to announce the limited market release of the Vusion® OS PEEK Interbody Fusion device.The Vusion® OS system is designed for versatility and procedural efficiency in posterior lumbar fusions. The system offers intuitive inserter options to accommodate different preferences and techniques while providing a secure implant-inserter interface. The implant’s bulleted nose allows for distraction during insertion and its convex geometry matches the disc space. Vusion® OS implants also offer:
- Large graft windows to allow for maximum graft placement
- Posteriorly angled teeth designed to provide a secure fit without migration or subsidence
- Tantalum markers for easy intraoperative identification
