Integra LifeSciences Announces Two Key Executive AppointmentsAppoints John Mooradian as Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Supply Chain, and Joseph Vinhais as Senior Vice President, Global Quality Assurance
PLAINSBORO, N.J., Sept. 4, 2012 -- (Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network) -- Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (IART) announced today that John Mooradian and Joseph Vinhais have joined Integra as Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Supply Chain, and Senior Vice President, Global Quality Assurance, respectively, reporting to Peter Arduini, President and CEO.

Mr. Mooradian, as Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain, will be responsible for Integra's newly integrated global manufacturing and supply chain functions. Prior to joining Integra, Mr. Mooradian spent 24 years at Abbott Laboratories in a series of leadership roles, where he significantly improved critical manufacturing processes and systems, and implemented key compliance enhancements. One of Mr. Mooradian's key roles at Abbot was responsibility for worldwide operations at Abbott Diagnostics Division, a $4 billion business with over 11,000 employees.
Mr. Vinhais, as Senior Vice President of Global Quality Assurance, will be responsible for Integra's global quality systems. Mr. Vinhais has over 20 years of global experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, compliance, and operations. He was most recently Head of Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Sustainability at Philips Healthcare Imaging Systems, where he was responsible for quality assurance and regulatory affairs for the computed tomography and Nuclear Medicine business. During his tenure at Philips, Mr. Vinhais played an integral role in developing quality and regulatory strategies for China, as well as other emerging markets, and realigning the quality and regulatory functions to better support the business. Judi O'Grady, Senior Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs, will lead the Regulatory Affairs department on a global basis.
