Thoratec Appoints Taylor C. Harris As Chief Financial OfficerPLEASANTON, Calif., Oct. 11, 2012 -- (Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network) -- Thoratec Corporation (THOR), a world leader in device-based mechanical circulatory support (MCS) therapies to save, support and restore failing hearts, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Taylor C. Harris to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
