NDC Appoints Dan Lemaitre to the Board of Directors
FREMONT, Calif.--(Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network)--Nitinol Devices & Components (NDC) today announced the appointment of Dan Lemaitre to the Board of Directors, effective August 28, 2013. Dan is the current CEO of White Pine Medical and recently served as CEO of CorEvalve until its acquisition by Medtronic.NDC’s Chairman, Rick Charpie of Ampersand Capital Partners, commented: “Dan’s combination of senior operating and investment background in medical devices positions him to be a strong contributor to the next phase of NDC’s growth. Of particular relevance, Dan has senior relationships with the major medical device OEM’s who are the key customers for NDC’s engineering and manufacturing services.”
