Aqua Pharmaceuticals, LLC Welcomes Nathan Mitchell as Senior Director, Marketing
WEST CHESTER, Pa.--(Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network)--West Chester-based Aqua Pharmaceuticals, an Almirall company, today announces the addition of Nathan Mitchell as Senior Director, Marketing. In this role, Mitchell will be responsible for strategizing, executing and managing all marketing initiatives for Aqua and its product portfolio.“This role requires someone who not only understands how to market a product and grow revenue, but also understands what marketing initiatives and materials our sales representatives need to succeed,” said Chief Operating Officer Ted White. “We found that combination in Nathan. I’m certain that his addition to our team will help our efforts to help patients and provide quality treatment options to physicians.”
With more than 12 years of pharmaceutical experience, Mitchell has a strong background in sales and marketing in the dermatology specialty. Prior to joining Aqua, he served as Group Product Director, Acne Franchise at Onset Dermatologics, a division of Precision Dermatology. At Onset, Mitchell planned and executed marketing tactics, resulting in all acne brands exceeding their revenue targets for 2013. Mitchell also spent more than eight years at Medicis, a division of Valeant Pharmaceutical Corporation. At Medicis, Mitchell led marketing efforts for several brands and managed sales in various territories, achieving seven promotions during his tenure.
“It’s clear that Nathan has attained success in dermatology marketing, and we know he will bring that same success to Aqua,” said White. “We are excited to see what he and the other dedicated members of the Aqua team can accomplish together.”
Mitchell received his undergraduate degree from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, majoring in marketing and management.
