BD Divests Vertebral Augmentation Solutions Business to Stryker
FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J., April 21, 2016 -- (Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network) -- BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) (BDX), a leading medical technology company, announced today that it has sold its vertebral augmentation solutions business, which includes all AVAmax®, AVAflex®, AVAtex® and AVAprep® branded products to Stryker.This sale will not have a material impact to revenue and earnings for fiscal 2016. Financial and contractual terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
