Selling Medical Devices in U.S.

I am new to this world of medical device sales... I have been approached by private party to sell medical devices straight from manufacturer in China. Can I do that,do I need special license? Who am I allowed to sell to? I am sure there are laws...Any suggestions.
Devices are FDA approved by prescription, I looked it up.

I have been approached to sell surgical instruments from Pakistan. I think my situation is same as yours. The firm who has approached me is USFDA Certified and has Class(1) Certification. I would like to know apart from getting a company registered what sort of Certifications do I require within USA to Import Surgical Instruments and Market these Instruments in USA.
