Looking for Instrument Maker in Michigan

i had a custom instrument (for spine surgery) made but i am now looking for someone who can make multilples of them or make a mold for future units. does anyone know a fabricator or someone i could contact to see what it would cost to get a few more made in Michigan? the person who made my first one only customized a previous instrument but cant make one from scratch. thanks

Instrument Makar was purchased by Smith/Nephew in 2003. A good source would be AutoCam Medical...call Rob Nesky at 616-719-6310.
