I am trying to get in touch with the head of the Anti-hypertensive drug division of Novartis. It may also be referred to as the Cardiovascular and Metabolic Franchise. I am working with a large public university and hoping to contact that person with specific questions. Please let me know who that might be.

I'd go to Cafe pharma[DOT]com and ask that question. You will get an answer in a day or two no problem. You might get some sarcastic answers as well but in the end I think you will find the person you are looking for.
