Hello! I know this is 4 months later but I have an alpha stim M for sale immaculate condition, with original case, everything is intact except for one of the plastic cord reels and the 15ml bottle of fluid which I have replaced with a 250ml bottle, it also includes roughly 500 ear clip pads, one box is still sealed and a sealed box of 100 electrode pads, and 4 large area adhesive patches. This unit will also come with an ultima 5 TENS unit, also in perfect condition with all original accessories and case. No, this is an old thread, but I don’t know how to post on this thing other than to reply to this message. I have an alpha stem that is barely used is a couple years old.
