I have an alpha stim M for sale immaculate condition, with original case, everything is intact except for one of the plastic cord reels and the 15ml bottle of fluid which I have replaced with a 250ml bottle, it also includes roughly 500 ear clip pads, one box is still sealed and a sealed box of 100 electrode pads, and 4 large area adhesive patches. This unit will also come with an ultima 5 TENS unit, also in perfect condition with all original accessories and case.
