All CA areas
Very niche and lucrative business and many potential clients require the service we provide.
Make 40% of each closed transaction via your introduction/Referral(W/ Volume Bonus). No closing needed.No Exp Necessary! Via Phone or Office Visit/Promo Material Dist.
Your commission is on average 50K-60K from each transaction - or 40% from payout!(Zero deductions - Full Disclosure and Transparency on each closing and deal process) our closing ratio is 90% from your leads/referrals/introductions!
Average deal 5MM - 100MM + !!
Our top agents close about 2-3 deals per month Part Time. Average sales agents close 1-2 Medium size deals ( over 50K-60K commission per month!)
Additional bonuses and benefits for top sales agents and overrides.
We are looking to add more sales agents to our west coast division
