Under this arrangement, GammaStar is willing to provide the Gyro Knife (value estimated at $3.4 million) as its investment in a special purpose vehicle - a business cooperation contract with hospitals - and establish tumor treatment centers in various parts of the world. All the local costs and land/construction (about 100 sq m per centre) shall be the investment of the cooperative hospital. The revenue model shall be a patient charge, and shall be shared on an equitable basis between GammaStar and hospital.



Apart from investment, GammaStar also sells the equipment to the hospitals along with training, operation manuals, transportation, installation and after sales service. The payment can be installment or advance payment. In case of selling, the equipment price can be 20% discounted or even more.



It is expected that you can be or recommend a local market player as our agent or distributor, which has very strong coordinating capability with governments, hospitals and other authorities, to carry out the project. The shares or cash as compensation of providing services is to be determined upon negotiation.
